Positive brand expression
New employee welcome book brings a smile and details from HR.
We love this kind of brief. Biogen had very exacting standards for quality and gave us total creative freedom. Rain won the account for print agency PASCO by focusing on evoking brand values.
Approach
Our idea was simple: illustrate each policy concept using naturalistic and human centered photography. We pitched easy to read layouts with generous whitespace to invite employees to reflect on their horizons.
Take-Away
Be bold, be proactive, and above all listen! Biogen was very careful in selecting an agency and, as can be common in France, asked for some concept work before choosing us. We were confident in our approach and delighted to have been selected.
